🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Product must be returned with dust bags, packaging boxes, and all original accessories.
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume scent, or alteration.
- Products failing quality inspection will not be eligible for refund/exchange and will be returned to the customer.
💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Razorpay link will be sent to the registered mobile number to collect bank details for refund processing.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
