🚚 Shipping

• All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
• Standard delivery timelines are 2–7 business days from the date of order.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email on the registered contact details.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Product must be returned with dust bags, packaging boxes, and all original accessories.
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume scent, or alteration.
• Products failing quality inspection will not be eligible for refund/exchange and will be returned to the customer.

💳 Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Razorpay link will be sent to the registered mobile number to collect bank details for refund processing.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
